Happy Friday!  After my whirlwind trip yesterday, this Friday feels a lot like Monday.  Let’s fix that with some happy things to think about:

• Cream cheese filled cinnamon roll monkey bread. That’s a mouthful.  I also wouldn’t mind a mouth full of this bread.
• Tips for everyday photos.
• A really good idea.
• This looks like a perfect lunch: eggs in spicy tomato sauce.

We are back in Italy this weekend.  I feel like I am home.  I didn’t realize how much I missed this place.  We lived the spritz life last night and I’m not going to stop living it until we leave.  On to the list!

I took this picture today on the walk home from the grocery store.  I haven’t edited it at all.  Beautiful blue skies for about 45 minutes.  Now it’s cloudy again.  At least I got to enjoy some of the sunshine.  On to some of my favs:

• This video is going viral.  And for good reason.  Please watch and pledge to do your part to save children.  You won’t regret it.
• Brown sugar cupcakes with peanut butter brown sugar frosting.  Ohmigosh.
• Lemon cake with black tea frosting. Maybe for my husband’s birthday next month?
• As if her cookbook wasn’t enough, Joy has wowed us again with biscuit cinnamon rolls.

• We saw this meaty monstrosity on TV the other day and I think I’ve convinced myself to make it for my meat-loving husband this weekend.

•  First of all, Joy the Baker’scookbook is out!  Can’t wait for the book to start cooking?  Try these coffee bacon sandwiches or these brown butter blue berry muffins on Tracy’s blog.  She’s also going out on a book tour.  Check her out if she comes to a city near you.  I wish I could, but Germany isn’t on her tour list.  I pre-ordered mine and can’t WAIT for it to come.

• My husband is excited to try this DIY chalkboard paint in any color.
